“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”— Helen Keller

Making positive changes in our lives isn’t always easy.

Some of us are leaders, and some of us are followers. Isn’t this what makes the world go around?

Even so, when these two opposites work together towards a goal, magic can happen for both people involved.

Whether you are a self-starter or a slow beginner, making minor changes to reach significant goals is best. Committing with someone can bring about outstanding results.

Still, we must not force others to make changes precisely like us. A tandem bike is a perfect example of teamwork with different approaches. Have you been trying to force change on someone around you, but they keep going the opposite way? How might you change your habits or approach first?
