Domino effect
vast accountability
breathing harmony

When we learn to play our days like a beautiful violin, we have arrived in a state of balance.

Yet, all it takes is to hit one wrong note, string, or cord, and it seems like everything comes crashing down.

Sometimes we need to clean our well-crafted instruments, put them away and take a rest.

Tomorrow is a new day designed to pick up where we left off. Restoring our minds and bodies takes practice. Soon you will be ready to begin again after a time of rest.

Maybe a cup of gratitude coffee first thing in the morning could help:

Rest is a great way to refresh the soul. Might you take a day of rest?
