“Peace begins with a smile.” —Mother Teresa

Peace is a worldwide desire.

Do you wake up making peace a goal? Or do you hope peace will find you?

Either way, here are three primary pointers about life:

1.) Being happy is a choice.

Happiness is not a goal; it is a by-product.

– Eleanor Roosevelt

2.) Being healthy is a gift.

“The first wealth is health.”

– Ralph Waldo Emerson

3.) Being surrounded by family is a blessing.

“Life is beautiful. It’s about giving. It’s about family.”

– Walt Disney

Making your happiness, health, and family a priority will surround you with much peace. How might you nurture these today?

I recently came across a brilliant morning practice by Patricia Haddock. Won’t you please indulge?
