“What simple action could you take today to produce a new momentum toward success in your life?”

– Tony Robbins

Momentum is a crucial component behind our productivity.

It’s a challenging fact that sometimes we can work efficiently, and at other times it feels like we’re pushing our desired results up a waterfall.

Structuring your day to build momentum is more crucial than motivation at times. An object in motion stays in motion until something stops it.

Some possible halting culprits:

  • Any annoying sound
  • More exciting plans
  • Constant internet disturbances
  • Partaking in multitasking
  • Allowing any clutter

Distractions in our life can be one of the most significant setbacks in our productivity. Being able to recognize the culprits in your day is the beginning to a change. What are your biggest energy zappers and distractions?
