My Story

Unfortunately, not all the changes through our lifetime are going to be riding unicorns over rainbows. Some of the hardest lessons are the best ones in disguise.

Before my breast cancer, I worked hard to stay fit. The photo on the left was taken in 2016 during my first half-marathon. However, despite my current challenges, it will not be the last.

As you can see from the picture on the right, I look like a completely different person. Just to let you know, it’s okay — it’s even shocking to me.
