A simple act of holding someone’s hand can trigger a feeling of being loved, cared for and respected; boosting overall happiness levels.

Here are the perks for both parties involved:

  • It’s comforting
  • It provides a sense of security
  • It can tame fear
  • It can help relieve pain
  • It can lower blood pressure
  • It can improve bonds
  • It can reduce stress

Honestly, holding someone’s hand expresses love and affection for one another. Whose hand could you hold today?
