“Just think of any negativity that comes at you as a raindrop falling into the ocean of your bliss.”

– Maharishi Mahesh Yogi

Do you consider yourself an optimist?

Just because we are faced with challenges — sometimes too often — it doesn’t mean we have to have a negative attitude. Although positive thinking is great, we can’t blame ourselves for every negative thing that comes our way.

Even though some people are more positive than others, we can all remind ourselves that in any negative situation, some things are beyond our control.

Knowing that nobody is omniscient, and that’s perfectly fine, we will have those moments of negativity surprise us at times.

These negative periods can help us become more creative, which can boost optimism in the long run. As hard as it might be, one must learn to take the bad with the good. You got this!
