Who needs to build a brick wall to isolate themselves from all the distractions in their day?

It’s hard enough to stay on task in an office. However, when you work from home it is even more challenging, especially if other family members are around.

This is why it’s essential to eliminate the distractions you have control over, like your social media accounts, phone, television, and pets. I know we have all heard these things before, but how can you take charge in these areas of your life?

Okay, pets are luring, but setting aside breaks or even allowing a few distractions is acceptable. It’s about being focused while still being flexible yet setting boundaries at the same time.

What are your distraction busters?
