When Rest Will Increase Productiveness

Why does rest sometimes get a bad rap?

Many of us feel pushing ourselves to work longer hours is the best way to be productive. However, doing this can cause burnout. It can also destroy your creativity.

Being conscious of when to quit working is essential. Knowing the right timing when to stop can set you up for a stronger start. Waiting until you see your next move while leaving it until tomorrow can make all the difference in your productivity levels.

Whether you have a boss or are the boss, planning your ending time and having intentions for the next day are both possible. Create time for rest.
