“Wisdom is knowing when to have rest, when to have activity, and how much of each to have.”

— Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Taking care of ourselves is never effortless.

Our phone is constantly buzzing, people are requiring our help; it can drain us like our phone batteries! Listening to our needs is a daily challenge.

Balancing work and rest takes a skill that deserves more attention in our lives than some people can comprehend or even perform.

Meditation is fantastic for bringing us into the present moment while freeing up our minds of any unhelpful thoughts. Yet, if we are constantly falling asleep during meditation, could we be lacking sleep immensely?

Both are extremely good, but you have to make a personal choice. For me, I’m off to do walking on YouTube! How about you?
