Tip: Work on an unfavorable area for 20 minutes. Then work on a more manageable place for 20 minutes. Next, for the last 20 minutes of the hour, sit down and do something enjoyable (writing or reading 🤷‍♀️) while drinking a bottle of cold water. Set a timer for 20, and make sure to get started again after your break. Staying hydrated and balanced is vital for a successful move👏 Congrats! 🎉
